In case you need to ship documents or packages, the Concierge Service will provide you a referral to the nearest local and/or international courier service.
Travel Services
Air Travel Information and Reservation Service
The Concierge Service can make a reservation on your behalf using your card and provide information about airlines, flight schedules and prices. This information will be provided for scheduled airlines.
Hotel Information and Reservation Service
Whenever you need information about hotels around the world, the Concierge Service will be ready to provide you with all the information you want and to make a reservation at a hotel chosen by you. Such eservation will be guaranteed by your credit card.
Car Hire Information and Reservation Service
The concierge service will provide you with information about car rental or limousine service companies around the world (phone number, addresses, and published prices). If you desire, he will perform the reservation of rental car or limousine pick-up service.Such reservation will be guaranteed by your card.
Destination Information
Prior to your trip to a foreign country, the Concierge Service can provide the following information about the destination city/country. You will be offered to receive this information either immediately over the phone (as to basic information), or by mail, fax or E-mail within 24 hours (as to enhanced information).
Basic Information:
Passport and Visa Information: the Concierge Service will advise you about any documents/ visas required to enter into and depart from foreign destinations and where to obtain them.
Health Hazards Advisory: The Concierge Service will provide you with up to date travel advice concerning health and other hazards in foreign destinations that you wish to visit.
Inoculation Requirements: The Concierge Service will inform you of the necessary and recommended inoculations prior to entering a foreign destination.
Currency Exchange: The Concierge Service will communicate to you the most recent daily currency exchange rate for a specified country that you plan to visit.
Weather Information: The Concierge Service will provide you with up to date weather conditions for the chosen destination (national or international
Enhanced Information:
Customs Regulations: The Concierge Service will give information about restricted products and allowances for alcohol and tobacco applicable to the chosen destination.
Consulate, Embassy and Tourist Bureaus Locations: The Concierge Service will provide the addresses and telephone numbers of Consulates, Embassies and Tourist Bureaus for the chosen destination needed by a Cardholder during or before a trip.
Tourist Attractions: The Concierge Service will give information about Museums, Theatres, Monuments and other major places of interest (addresses, telephone numbers if available andhours of operations) for the chosen destination.
Protocol and Etiquette: The Concierge Service will give information as to business hours, public holidays and other basic etiquette and protocol information (based on specific request from you) for the chosen destination.
In the case of any emergency you or any relative traveling with you may face during a trip outside your Country of Residence, the Concierge Service will be ready to help you.
Medical Referral
General Medical Information: General information on medical services is provided.
Doctor Referral: The names, addresses and phone numbers of doctors will be provided for you.
Hospital Referral: Hospital addresses and phone numbers are located for you in need.
Prescription Transfer: If you do not have your medication available, arrangements will be made for a nearby pharmacy to fill their prescription when legally permissible.
Pharmacy Referral: Pharmacy names, phone numbers and locations are provided.
Medical Evacuation: Arrangements are made for you in case you experience a medical emergency in a foreign country.
Medical Repatriation: Arrangements are made for you in case you experience a medical emergency in a foreign country and need to be returned to your country of residence.
Remains Repatriation: Arrangements are made for the remains of a cardholder who dies in a foreign country to be returned to the country ofresidence.
Dental Referrals: In case of dental problems, referrals to dentists are provided for you.
Note: As part of the evacuation/repatriation services, the Concierge Service will contact a cardholder's family member or make arrangements to fly a family member to the cardholder at the cardholder's request. All costs are borne by the cardholder.
Legal Referrals
If you require legal assistance, the Concierge Service will provide referrals to lawyers or other legal service providers including the provider's name, address, telephone number, office hours, specialty and language resources.
Whenever the Concierge Service has sufficient information to do so, a referral to two or more legal professionals will be provided. The Concierge Service will use reasonable efforts to ensure that its referrals are to legal service providers who meet the professional standards of the country or city where the Traveler is located.
Other Emergency Services
Emergency Messaging Assistance:
The Concierge Service will relay emergency messages to or from you, and family members or other parties, 24 hours a day. The Concierge Service will make a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of six (6) reasonable attempts to convey a message within the following twenty-four (24) hours after your request and will keep you informed of the status of delivery
of such message. Communication by phone, fax or e-mail will be available.
Emergency Interpretation Service:
The Concierge Service will assist you, with on-line (telephone) interpretation during an emergency and help coordinate service with local providers that do not speak your language.
Lost/Stolen Document Assistance:
The Concierge Service will coordinate arrangements to replace or forward lost or stolen documents, including passports, drivers' licenses and other important documents, and will assist with procedures to file loss reports and to recover lost or stolen articles. This assistance may include referral to specialized service companies, Police, Consulates, Embassies, as well as other appropriate administrative entities. In the event that a document needs to be shipped to you, the Concierge Service will arrange for such transport through the most appropriate and efficient means. It is understood that the Concierge Service will have no financial responsibility and may charge you or obtain payment from a designee, if payment is needed for the replacement and/or transport of the lost document.
Lost Luggage Assistance:
In case of lost luggage during international air travel, the Concierge Service will coordinate arrangements to retrieve the lost or stolen luggage. You will be responsible for filing a lost claim form with the airline carrier before the Concierge Service can proceed. You will be informed by the Concierge Service of the necessary procedures. The Concierge Service will follow up with the airline or any other responsible party and will keep you updated on the status of the search. Such follow up shall continue for up to 2 weeks after the declared loss. If the baggage is retrieved, the Concierge Service will arrange for the forwarding of such baggage to the location indicated by you. It is expressly understood and agreed upon that all transportation costs are the sole responsibility of the airline and/or you.

Terms and conditions
Geographic Coverage
All the services will be provided to you worldwide based on the following conditions:
The emergency services will be provided whenever you are traveling outside of country of residence.
The travel, business and personal services will be provided on your request with no restriction other than the ones specifically mentioned in the Description of Services.
Charges for the Cardholder
You will be responsible for all charges incurred for the provision of services by providers. Such charges shall include without limitation broker's fees, applicable local tax (Value Added Tax), and any commission payable to any broker, agent, or administrator.
In the event that any of the charges mentioned cannot be charged and/or paid directly by you to the providers, the Concierge Service will arrange payment directly to such providers and will charge you the expenses together with an administrative fee of 10% of all such charges. In such event, the Concierge Service will endeavor to always inform the Cardholder of all charges incurred as well as application of the 10% administrative fee, but failure to do so shall not constitute any valid reason for you to deny payment of the same.
As used in this Section, "providers" shall mean physicians, hospitals, clinics, lawyers, ticket brokers, luxury shops and any other entity providing assistance, goods or services pursuant to a referral by the Concierge Service to you.
General Exclusions
A. Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be responsible for delays or failures to provide assistance caused by any strike, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, armed hostilities (regardless of a formal declaration of war), civil war, rebellion, insurrection, terrorism, political coup, riot and civil commotion, administrative or political impediments, or radioactivity or any other event of force majeure which prevents the Provider's Center from providing such assistance.
B. The Provider's Liability
The Provider uses third parties to deliver some assistance services. For the most part, these third parties are independent contractors and not employees of the Provider, and the Provider shall not be liable with respect to any act or failure to act by such third parties; provided, that the Provider shall choose third parties who are properly licensed (where applicable) and are competent to provide services commensurate with the standards of care prevailing in the locale where such services are provided. As used in this paragraph, "third parties" shall mean physicians, hospitals, clinics, lawyers, ticket brokers, luxury shops and any other entity providing assistance, goods or services pursuant to a referral by the Provider's Center to a Cardholder.
C. Limitation on Liability
In no event shall the Provider be liable to the bank or any cardholder for punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, howsoever described or nominated, and for events resulting from the bank or any Cardholder neglect or default.
