1. What is Audi Cards Online?

Bank Audi Cards Online is an Internet-based service that provides you a safe and convenient way to view all your Bank Audi credit card activities online, send service requests to the bank and more.

2. What can you do with Audi Cards Online?

With this service, the cardholder can do the following Online:
View the Credit Card Account Summary
Check the Credit Card Available Balance
Review the min. payment and payment due date
Get the current and past statements and sort them by date, purchase and amount
View the recent Credit Card activities not shown on your last statement
View the credit card spending history
Review the Audi Rewards Points earned to date.
Register for E-Statement
Register for SMS Service
Change email/mailing address/mobile number
And much more ...

3. Who can use Audi Cards Online?

Audi Cards Online is available only to Bank Audi Basic Credit Cardholders who are holding a current and valid Bank Audi credit card. Supplementary cardholders can not have the option to register to this service. Bank Audi reserves the right to offer Cards Online to selected customers at its sole discretion, unless the basic cardholder authorizes the registration for the supplementary card.

4. How to apply for Audi Cards Online?

If you are a holder of a Bank Audi Valid Credit Card, you can apply for this service at any Bank Audi branch by filling the appropriate registration form, fill it, sign it and send it to any Bank Audi Branch.
Once registered, a User Name and Password will be assigned to you.

5. What do you need to enroll for Audi Cards Online?

You will need the following information to get registered:
A Valid Bank Audi Credit Card Number
Client ID
Cardholder name
Card Expiry Date

6. What kind of computer equipment and software do you need for Cards Online?

The below are recommended:
Windows XP (or a later version)
Internet Connection
Microsoft Internet Explorer Ver. 6 or a later version

7. How do you sign in?

To access your credit card accounts online:
Logon to www.banqueaudi.com or to www.audicards.com
Choose Cards Online service
Enter your Online ID in the sign in box
Enter your Password
Click "Sign In"

8. Which of your Credit Cards accounts can you view online?

Once you register one of your existing credit cards, you will automatically have online access to all your other credit cards issued under the same ID including your supplementary cards.

9. Can you Register Additional Users

You may add additional users for supplementary and basic cards issued under your responsibility. Just fill the Additional Authorized User form, sign it and send it to the bank for processing.

10. Can you deactivate your Cards Online?

Yes! Your Cards Online account can be de-activated by simply calling our Card Center on 01/212120. Your Cards Online account will be de-activated instantly.

11. Can you use Online Banking outside of Lebanon?

Yes. You can use Cards Online Service from anywhere in the world as long as you have a connection to the Internet and a supported Internet browser.

12. Are there any charges for this service?

Audi Cards Online is a free service that gives you access to your credit cards accounts and lets you transact over the Internet.

13. Can you change your mailing address?

Yes. You can post a request to change your mailing address by selecting the Profile tab within Cards Online.

14. Can you change my Mobile Number for the SMS service and e-mail address?

Yes. You can post a request to change your mobile number and e-mail address by selecting the Profile tab within Cards Online.


Login/Password Related

15. How many passwords do you need?

Only one password is required to access the Audi Cards Online which will be given to the customer at time of registration.

16. How many attempts do you get to enter the password?

You get 3 attempts to enter your password, failing which the system will automatically lock your User ID.

17. What do you do if the password gets locked?

For security reasons, if you enter your Password incorrectly t3 times, it gets locked. If your User ID has got locked, please contact our Audi Customer Service at 961 1-21 21 20 or 961 4 72 77 77 who will arrange to unlock your User ID.

18. What if you have forgotten the password?

In case you have forgotten your Password you have to re-register in this service to get a new user ID and password.

19. What if you want to change the password?

You can change your password by going to 'Change Password' link, which is available within Cards Online menu. Your password will be changed instantly.

20. Does your password expire?

Yes! In case you do not login for 120 days your User will be blocked and you will have to call our Customer Service at 961 1-21 21 20 or 961 4 72 77 77 to re-register your account.

21. Is Cards Online service secure?

Bank Audi uses a combination of robust processes and infrastructure to provide you a very secure Cards Online experience. To mention a few safeguards:
Technology: The Bank will be constantly monitoring and upgrading its technology to make sure that your accounts are absolutely secure. The Bank maintains the highest of standards as far as security technology is concerned. Customer Access Security: User ID and Password - Every customer can change his/her own password anytime.
Unauthorized access: In case there are three unsuccessful attempts made to login or the login password is disabled to prevent any unauthorized access. Furthermore, if you have logged into Cards Online and have not used the application for 10 minutes, the system automatically logs you out. This is to prevent any unauthorized access to your account, in case you have left your computer unattended, without having logged out of Cards Online.
