1. Can I choose to discontinue this service temporarily or permanently?
Yes, you can choose to discontinue the service temporarily or to stop it permanently whenever you want.

2. Can I receive SMS alerts on two different Mobile Phone Numbers?
Yes, you can activate this service on two or three different Mobile Phone Numbers.

3. Can the supplementary cardholder register to this service?
The supplementary cardholder can register separately (fill the appropriate section in the application form).
The SMS transaction alert is the only service applicable to the supplementary card.

4. What would the SMS Alert Service cost?
Local Line: $1/month/mobile
International Line: $2/month /mobile

5. What would the SMS Pull service cost?
Upon enrollment to the SMS Alerts Service you will automatically benefit from 5 Free Complimentary SMS Pull/ Month and any additional SMS Pull transaction will cost 0.1$/SMS.

6. Should the mobile from which I am sending the message have any special feature?
Yes, the mobile should not have the "Clear" Feature and the mobile number should be registered to the SMS Alert Service.

7. How to use the SMS Pull Service?
In a text message from your own mobile, you should:

a) Type the codes listed below related to the type of information you would like to receive, followed by blank space.
These codes are as follows:
BAL to check your card's available limit
PTS to check your points' balance
DUE to check your monthly due payment
TRX to review the summary of the last transactions made on your card(s)

b) Enter the last 6 digits of the card number you would like to pull information about.

c) Send your SMS to our messaging center: 03-000737

d) A message reply, with the required information, will be sent back to your mobile within minutes.

Note: In case you would like to get information about all your cards,you should only enter the required code and then send your SMS to our messaging center 03/000737.

8. How to use the SMS Money Transfer?
In a text message from your own mobile, you should:

1- Type the Code "XFR"
2- Enter the last 6 digits of your card FROM which you would like to transfer money followed by a blank space.
3- Enter the last digits of the card TO which you would like to transfer money followed by a blank space.

a) In case you would like to transfer money TO any of your Bank Audi credit cards:
    • Enter the last 6 digits of your credit card number.
b) In case you would like to transfer money TO a different Bank Audi Cardholder (you have to register the card number of the beneficiary in the application before making the transfer transaction)
    • Enter the 16 digits of the beneficiary card number.

4- Type the amount of money that you would like to transfer followed by a blank space.(no currency sign should be typed)
5- Send your SMS to our messaging center: 03-000737
6- A message reply, confirming the transfer, will be sent back to your mobile within minutes.

9- Terms of the Transfer

10- Can we transfer money from any card to any card?
Yes, you can transfer money from any Bank Audi credit card to any other card as long as it is a Bank Audi Credit Card.(This service is not applicable on Debit Cards).

11- Can we transfer money from Horizon Orange & Horizon Blue cards?
You can transfer money from both cards but the transaction will be treated as Revolving disregarding the amount.

12- How much money can we transfer? You have 2 options in the Transfer service:

1. If you transfer money from a client ID to the same Client ID:
    • NO Maximum, NO Minimum

2. If you transfer money from a client ID to any other Bank Audi Client ID:
    • Minimum= 10$ /day
    • Maximum= 5000$/ Month.

13- Do we have any limitations to transfer money from Client ID to another Client ID in order to execute the transaction?
You have to register to this service in advance and the card numbers of the Beneficiaries should be registered also.

14- How long does it take once we send a SMS Transfer?
Once you send an SMS Transfer with the amount and the beneficiary card, the money will be transferred instantly.

15- Can we cancel an SMS Transfer?
Once you send an SMS Transfer, you cannot cancel it anymore.

16- How can we prove that we have done a transfer?
Once the SMS Transfer sent, a message reply , confirming the transfer, will be sent to your mobile within minutes.
