Bill e-pay

  About this service
Q & A
How does Bill e-pay work?

What happens if a subscriber has Bank Domiciliation and wants to use 'Bill e-pay' service?
If a subscriber, with a bank domiciliation, chooses to use the Bill e-pay service, first he will be notified that he has a Bank Direct Debit and needs to confirm when using Bill e-pay. If the subscriber clicks 'YES', then his invoice may be charged twice: once from using Bill e-pay website and once from the bank domiciliation. In this case, MTC Touch will transfer the amount which was charged twice to the next invoice cycle, i.e. the amount will be deducted from the next monthly invoice (disregarding the commission).
* No cash can be refunded

How can the subscriber keep record of his paid line invoices?
Once the subscriber pays his line invoice online, a screen will appear showing the transaction performed with the receipt number. This number should be kept as a proof of invoice settlement.

What happens if a subscriber forgets or loses his/her receipt number?
If a subscriber forgets or loses the number available on his transaction receipt, he has to contact MTC Touch or Bank Audi to ask for the reference number.

How do subscribers benefit from the 'Bill e-pay' service?
1. More control and convenience: Bill e-pay allows you to check your invoices and to pay them online.
2. Easy tracking: invoices can be printed and kept at home for future reference

What is the cost of this service?
Bank Audi will charge the subscriber 2% on the total amount of his MTC Touch invoice.
