"Audi Rewards" is a program that rewards you for using your Audi Credit Card! Every time you use your card you accumulate points. These points can be exchanged for a variety of exciting gifts or airline tickets.

. Is there any fee to participate in this Program?
No. There is no fee. You will be automatically enrolled in the program.

. How are the points calculated?
Every $10 spent on your Audi Credit Card gets you a point. For example, if you spend $1000, you will receive 100 points.

. Are the points calculated for all kinds of transactions?
You will earn points for all retail transactions on your card in Lebanon or in any other country. For every $10 you spend, you will earn a point. However, you will not earn points on interest charges, cash advances, cash advance fees, casino late fees, over limit fees, annual membership fees, return cheque fees, payments and disputed transactions.

. How can you get points faster?
By simply using your Audi Credit Card for all your transactions. For every eligible transaction, be it big or small, you can accumulate points. Use it at supermarkets, department stores, while travelling, buying your airline tickets etc. the more you use your Audi Credit Card, the faster you can accumulate points. So start earning points faster just by using yourBank Audi Credit Card instead of paying cash or using any other credit card.

. Can you get points for supplementary card transactions?
Yes. All transactions on your supplementary cards will earn points. These will be added to your account.

. How do you know the number of points you have accumulated?
Every three months, we will send you a detailed statement that will show your accumulated points. You can also call your personal account manager .

. How can you get gifts for your points?
You will receive an "Audi Rewards" catalog soon. In this catalog you will find a variety of gifts that you can choose from with the number of corresponding points indicated next to each item. In the meantime if you need any further information please contact your personal account manager.

. Is there a time limit to redeem the points?
Yes, the "Audi Rewards" program is valid for up to three years. During this period you can accumulate and redeem points whenever you want. After this period, unused points will expire automatically.
