Free Emergency Card Replacement
If your Platinum Card is lost or stolen, we’ll provide an emergency replacement – which means a Platinum Card will be delivered to you, wherever you are, normally within 2 working days.
Emergency Cash Access
Should you be unable to access your funds, go to the nearest American Express® Travel Service or Representative Office and cash a personal cheque once every 21 days for up to US$ 10,000. You also are entitled to withdraw up to US$ 5,000 every 30 days from a network of 800,000 ATMS worldwide.

Check your current Card Account balance, your latest charges, update your profile, request statements, find out how many Membership Rewards points you have - all of this online from anywhere in the world any time of the day.
