At the heart of the Platinum Card is your Personal Account Manager (PAM), Someone who understands all
your needs and acts as your personal assistant.
With the backing of American Express’ worldwide resources,
your PAM can arrange theatre tickets, restaurant and hotel
reservations, assistance for you at foreign airports, delivery
of urgent documents, transfer of funds, and more exclusive services.
Your named PAM will
do his/her best to take care of your every need from 8 a.m.
to 6 p.m., from Saturday to Thursday. Outside these hours,
your PAM's support team is available round-the-clock, to assist you 7 days a week.
Across the globe, wherever, whenever you want to go and whatever
you want to do when you get there, your PAM can make all
the arrangements. Part of the services available are:
Worldwide Personal Assistance
With the Worldwide Personal Assistance facility, your PAM
can arrange a variety of useful services while abroad: access
to a fax machine, meeting rooms, business centres, recommendations to quality restaurants, and more.
Fine Dining
As part of the Platinum Card Fine Dining Service, you may
enjoy a confirmed table for lunch or dinner at the most celebrated
restaurants in Europe, Canada, South Africa, and the United
States. Reservations must be made through your PAM.
Fine Hotels, Resorts and Spas
You will receive a special welcome and assured reservation
at 513 of the world’s most exclusive hotels and resorts,
where you can enjoy the following exclusive privileges at
no additional charge:
complimentary room upgrade, daily continental breakfast for
two, 4 PM checkout time, special amenities (includes a special welcome
gift, complimentary massages,among others)
Priority Access
The Platinum Card and one phone call to your PAM could give
you privileged access to exclusive international events such
as theatre and film premières, concerts, opera and
ballet.

Travel Emergency Assistance
When you are travelling, referrals to medical, legal services and emergency assistance are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
2,200 Travel Service Locations
Wherever you go, you will never be far from help. If you face
a problem while travelling, all you need to do is go to the
nearest one of the 2,200 American Express Travel Service or
Representative Offices around the world.
Online Account Access
Check your current Card Account balance online from anywhere
in the world any time of the day.

Online Account Access is available only to registered users
and to Cardmembers with Cards issued in the Middle East (Card
numbers starting with 3744 or 3778).
Supplementary Cards
Other persons of your choice are also welcome to enjoy the
security, convenience and peace of mind that membership provides.
The first Platinum supplementary card is for free.
Other Supplementary Cards are $350. Platinum Cardmembers can
also enjoy up to four Supplementary Charge Gold Cards free.
