This has led us to
establish a state of the art center designed to meet the market’s
expectations in this field and to serve the Bank’s network
in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt and all the regional countries
where it counts on being present.
Bank Audi "Electronic Banking
and Cards Services center (EBCS)" provides
payment solutions to companies and financial institutions
through electronic terminals and E-Commerce.
It also provides electronic banking platform that includes
phone banking, PC banking, Internet banking and ATMs,
allowing customers on-line access on a real-time basis for
a number of banking transactions. It also issues a large and
diverse range of credit cards, namely direct debit cards,
credit cards and prepaid cards.
It is in this respect
that we have launched 6 different card categories, all ranging
under the “Enjoy Bank Audi Card Collection”,
and all addressing different population segments, each one
meeting various consumer needs.
Why the “Enjoy”
slogan?
We have chosen this particular slogan because we are convinced
that using credit cards in our everyday life brings us pleasure
and joy. Every time a customer uses his credit card, he brings
beautiful things into his life: shopping, travel, new clothes,
leisure, etc.
Not to mention the additional services and benefits that come
with every group of cards, and that vary accordingly to the
customer’s preferences and way of life, for instance:
saving on travel through special offers in hotels and car
rental services, having a purchase protection and travel accident
insurance policy, in addition to "Audi Rewards" Program.
